The website www.deutschepharma.com.pe (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned and operated by DEUTSCHE PHARMA S.A.C. (hereinafter, “DPSAC”), identified with RUC No. 20499935286, with legal domicile at Calle La Habana Nro. 0192 Interior 501 – 601, San Isidro, Lima, Peru.

The Website is strictly for informational purposes regarding the pharmaceutical products stored, imported, and/or distributed by DPSAC. DPSAC does not conduct direct sales of its products through the Website. Information regarding prescription-only products will only be accessible to health professionals duly accredited and registered on the Website.

Access to and use of the Website imply that the user, whether registered or non-registered, has read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use, in compliance with applicable Peruvian laws and regulations.

The information contained on the DPSAC website regarding the products it stores, imports, and/or distributes is for informational purposes only. This information does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or other advice. Users are responsible for verifying the information on this website with their doctor or consulting scientific sources for their specific case.

Access to and use of this website is free with respect to products sold without a prescription. However, only duly accredited healthcare professionals registered on the website may access further information regarding prescription products.

The product images contained on the Website are for reference purposes only and may differ from the products actually sold through authorized channels.

The “Intranet” section of the Website is intended for internal DPSAC staff, who may access it for purely administrative purposes.

DPSAC will strive to ensure that the Website is free from interruptions, programming errors, or computer viruses. Should the user wish to report any issues while using the Website, they may do so by sending an email to contactos@dpsac.com.pe . DPSAC will not be liable for Website failures caused by third parties, acts of God, force majeure, or failures in the user's internet connection or equipment.

The domain name of the website, www.deutschepharma.com.pe , and all associated subdomains, are the exclusive property of DPSAC. Their use by third parties is prohibited without prior, express, and written authorization from DPSAC.

Similarly, the use of any distinctive sign or element protected or protectable by the Intellectual and Industrial Property regimes of DPSAC is prohibited without the prior written consent of the company.

On the Website, only information about products intended for sale without a prescription is shared, for purely informational purposes intended for the general public.

Detailed information on prescription medications is shared exclusively with healthcare professionals who have been previously accredited and registered on the website. DPSAC is not responsible for access by third parties who have provided inaccurate and/or false information during their registration as healthcare professionals on the website. DPSAC is also not responsible for unauthorized access to a healthcare professional's account, nor for the loss and/or theft of passwords. The healthcare professional's account is personal and non-transferable, and it is their responsibility to protect and safeguard their password at all times, as well as to change it as necessary.

La información detallada sobre los productos destinados a la venta con receta médica únicamente será accesible al profesional de la salud autorizados a prescribir y dispensar, previamente acreditado y registrado en la Página Web. 

Para la creación de la cuenta, el profesional de la salud, autorizado a prescribir y dispensar, deberá completar los datos solicitados en el formulario del enlace _________. Una vez completado el formulario, el usuario deberá esperar 48 horas, a fin de que se validen los datos brindados y se active la cuenta del profesional de la salud. Luego de la activación, el usuario registrado podrá ingresar al contenido detallado de los productos de DPSAC. 

El usuario registrado en la Página Web acepta recibir mensajes e información de los productos de DPSAC por correo electrónico (incluido su número de teléfono para llamadas o mensajes de texto), en la medida que otorgue su consentimiento luego de leer la Política de Privacidad y Política de Cookies. El usuario que no desee recibir dichos materiales o información puede solicitar el cese de dicho envío en cualquier momento.

DPSAC reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently as appropriate, any user's registration due to account inactivity, when the registered user has not logged in within two years, or when the user creates and/or uses the account with false information, for illegal purposes, purposes unrelated to their profession, and/or purposes that affect DPSAC's rights, reputation, and/or image, and/or the rights of third parties. In the event of inactivity, DPSAC will notify the user of the temporary suspension via the email address provided during registration, so that they can reactivate their account within three calendar days.

If the user does not reactivate their account within the aforementioned period, their account will be permanently cancelled and the user will have to register again in order to access detailed information about DPSAC products.

DPSAC reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, at its sole discretion, specifying the last update date.

When substantial changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or any other contact channel they have provided (including their phone number for calls or text messages). If a user does not agree with any of the new Terms and Conditions of Use, they must request the cancellation of their account by emailing contactos@dpsac.com.pe . If they do not express their disagreement within a maximum of five (5) business days, it will be understood that they accept the new Terms and Conditions of Use.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Peruvian law.
Any dispute arising from access to, use of, or interpretation of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lima, Peru. The user, whether registered or unregistered, waives the right to resort to any other jurisdiction that may apply.
